NICKNAME: T

GENRE OF MUSIC: Pretty much everything from the war time era to todays music, my taste is fairly eclectic. It wouldn't be unusual to hear Tinie Tempah, Cee Lo Green, Jerry Reed and George Formby on one of my shows

LANGUAGE: English/Gibberish

TOPIC OF SHOW: My show is a mish mash of music, news stories and my own thoughts and ramblings. I can go off on one at times, and for this reason I have a disclaimer advising the opinions expressed in the show are mine, and not CHR's or the trusts. I have some features also including The Link.

FAVOURITE SONG/SINGER/GROUP:
Elbow. The lyrics are poetic and lively and the music is swooney and lovely. I've seen them live 3 times and cried each time due to the overwhelming beauty of the music and the on stage chat of their singer Guy Garvey. Seeing Elbow is a religious experience. My favorite song of theirs is Scattered Black and Whites. It's just beautiful.

WHAT CHR MEANS TO ME:
Without sounding cheesy, I wanted to do something that maybe makes a difference to people, maybe cheering them up with a funny story, or playing their favourite song.

A BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:
As well as volunteering at UHCW, I also work here in the renal department. I'm married with three cats, (no kids!) music has always been my biggest love, I play guitar, piano, mandolin and bodrhan. I also love films, theatre and CCFC (for my sins!). As well as that I'm a loud ginger music lover.
