WHAT CHR MEANS TO ME: Having been a patient in hospital I know how boring it can get, by providing this service it can relieve the boredom and take that edge off when patients may be anxious.

A BRIEF BIOGRAPHY: Born in Coventry a few years ago. I have been involved in hospital radio in Coventry and Nuneaton. I started at Coventry Hospital Broadcasting in the early 70's when it was in its infancy, and the studio was literally a broom cupboard. I also helped with the set up and inception of Nuneatons hospital radio. Between family, hospital radio and CCFC not much time for anything else, I have to fit work in somewhere.
